Congratulations to Jeffrey Endicott, this year's recipient of the Annette Wisehart / Amy Jaeger Scholarship Fund award.

Jeff is from Essex Junction, Vermont and is a pharmacy student at the University of Connecticut. He is currently working at Fletcher Allen Health Care as a technician in the Inpatient Pharmacy and has completed his internships at Kinney Drugs and Brooks Pharmacy. The VtSHP Board of Directors feels privileged to award this very deserving student.

Each year, the Vermont Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (VtSHP) selects an individual as “Pharmacist of the Year” based on nominations from their peers. This year, the Board of VtSHP decided to do something a little different. We received a nomination that asked us to recognize a group of pharmacists that each volunteered their time and services to help the Albany College of Pharmacy establish it’s new campus in Colchester, VT. Based on the nomination letter we received from the college, it is was clear that these volunteer efforts were very much appreciated! VtSHP will present the plaque at the September meeting (Holiday Inn). The award is sponsored by Pfizer and the plaque will be displayed at the college for all to see.
